CONFIDENCE COACHING

Confidence Coaching

Are you a midlife woman ready to overcome self-doubt, say yes to life and finally fulfil your potential – professional or otherwise?

Perhaps you’re tired of trying to “fake it ‘til you make it”?  The stress is killing you, and you still can’t access the self-confidence that reflects your true worth.  Or perhaps you’re fed-up with resenting others’ success - and blame yourself for missing out on opportunities? You’re carrying the weight of deep regret – and living a watered-down version of your life.

Working with me is your ticket out of misery. I learned the hard way that confidence is not a performance.  With my help you’ll build the unshakeable confidence that’s eluded you for so long - from the inside out.  You’ll finally trust yourself, and be able to Go For It – whatever your ‘It’ might be.

 FAQs

  • If you feel you’re settling in life, if you know there’s more to what you could do or be – then lack of self-confidence is holding you back. But beyond that, if you’re struggling to create plans, make decisions – if you’re caught up in what you feel you should be doing, and there’s no YOU at the centre of your life – your self-confidence has been eroded.

Maybe you used to feel confident, but now you’re full of self-doubt. This is very common in midlife - as challenges or changes prompt us to re-evaluate our lives. Or, we feel that what used to ‘work’ doesn’t, anymore.

We are a generation of women who set out in careers believing we were equal to men. But to succeed, we had to play the game they built and had to squeeze into rules that we didn’t much question. In midlife we often feel the pull to greater purpose – but if we want to really grant ourselves permission to live as we really want to, we need to trust ourselves and our intuition.

  • I don’t do generic “feel-good” empowerment talks. My work weaves together culture, psychology, and lived experience to uncover the deeper forces that shape women’s confidence and visibility - especially in midlife.

Drawing on film, media, and storytelling, I reveal how the scripts we’ve absorbed about what women should be are still running the show — and how to rewrite them.

My audiences don’t just leave inspired - they leave with a new lens through which to see themselves and what’s possible.

  • There are pros and cons to both. Online, it’s an easier commitment for participants to make. These work well for short sessions and lunchtime events as people can slot them into their day.

Longer sessions can be both online and in person, but in person enables participants to connect more deeply with one another, and for there to be a stronger ‘container’ for the work.

There are no hard and fast rules – and I’m happy to advise, so drop me an email and let’s chat!

  • You can email the projects details directly if you like and I’ll take a look, but I put all work through my agent as they need to manage my diary.

  • Simply get in touch via the contact form or (for coaching) book a short discovery call.

We’ll talk through your goals, audience, and the impact you’d like to create. From there, I’ll propose a session format and outline that fits your needs and budget.

I offer both in-person and online options, across keynotes, panels, and workshops. My aim is to make the process effortless = so you can focus on the impact you want your event or experience to have.
